CAPITAL WORKS PROJECTS

Home > Giving to CSU > Capital Works Projects

Some donors have contributed funds through the Foundatiion to the Universtiy's Capital Works Program for the construction of the Centre for Professional Development and the CD Blake Auditorium.  The Centre for Professional Development is used by both Charles Sturt University and outside clients for conferences and accommodation while the CD Blake Auditorium is a multi-purpose facility that caters for the graduation and other large ceremonies as well as housing a gymnasium, basketball courts and offices.

Capital works projects that are currently avaliable for sponsorship are the Crisis Simulation Unit for the School of Public Health in Bathurst, developments on the Albury-Thurgoona Campus and the Clinical Centre for the Faculty of Veterinary Science and Agriculture in Wagga Wagga.  Sponsorship of these facilties provides extensive publicity throughout the University as well as through the relevant industry associated with the building.
