SCHOLARSHIPS
Home > Giving to CSU > Scholarships The Charles Sturt University undergraduate scholarship scheme is administered by the Charles Sturt Foundation which, through generous donations from organisations and individuals has assisted more than 1,600 students with in excess of $4 million of funds. In 2005, the Foundation awarded more than 150 scholarships valued at some $300,000 at each of the University's campuses. The Charles Sturt Foundation also administers post graduate student Scholarships including the CSU Alumni Postgraduate Coursework Scholarship, valued at $2,500. This Scholarship is open to all CSU Alumni Gold and Life members that are Australian citizens residing in Australia. The scholarship is funded by alumni donations towards the CSU Alumni Walk Fund. Scholarships are awarded at Scholarship Presentation Ceremonies held in May each year to which we invite sponsors or their representatives so they have the oppurtunity to meet the scholars and their families. These are special occasions and present an oppurtunity for photographers and media coverage as well as the chance to meet other donors who represent a broad corss-section of the business community, both local and national, thereby creating a significant business networking oppurtunity. For more information on becoming a scholarship donor contact the Foundation For information on Scholarships available go to www.csu.edu.au/student/scholarships For information on the Alumni Walk Fund click here |
