CSU signs EMC Academic Alliance agreement

EMC CSU Academic Alliance
CSU has formally signed an agreement with the massive US-based IT company EMC. EMC has long argued that there is a severe shortfall in the number of trained industry professionals to serve in the area of data storage, where the large amounts of data that companies are producing are causing problems. Taking the initiative, EMC has developed the EMC Academic Alliance to target this deficiency and Charles Sturt University has become the first Australian university to join that Alliance.
