Explorations Series: Breast Cancer Uncovered

Start: 24th May 2018 6:00pm
End: 24th May 2018 8:30pm

Charles Sturt University (CSU) Dubbo will be hosting the first Explorations Series Public Lecture for 2018 with four well-known community members sharing their experiences with the far too prevalent disease, breast cancer.

The Explorations Series is part of the University’s community engagement program and aims to engage our rural and regional communities in discussion and debate about major issues facing our regions, the nation and the world.

The lecture will feature presentations from Donna Falconer, author of "My Time", founder of the Pink Angels and Groovy Booby Bus, Graeme Board OAM and the Dubbo-based McGrath Foundation Breast Care Nurses, Vanessa Hyland and Margie Collins.

A light supper and drinks will be provided following a relaxed discussion where the panel members will answer questions from the audience.
