For the second year in a row Boutique Wines by CSU from Charles Sturt University (Charles Sturt) has won a gold medal at the International Cool Climate Show.
The International Cool Climate Wine Showis one of Australia’s leading wine competitions. Charles Sturt wine maker Mr Campbell Meeks said winning gold two years in a row reflected the quality and consistency of the wine produced by Charles Sturt.
“Our Tumbarumba Chardonnay is consistently receiving similar recognition in other wine shows, highlighting that it is a Chardonnay of the highest quality,” Mr Meeks said.
Mr Meeks added that gold medals were only awarded to five other wines in the category, reflecting Charles Sturt’s competitiveness in the industry.
