Charles Sturt communication courses still top choice for graduate jobs

The 2020 Good Universities Guide reports that once again Charles Sturt University communication graduates are the most employable in Australia, with the University ranked first in national employment rankings.

The 2020 Good Universities Guide reports that once again Charles Sturt University communication graduates are the most employable in Australia, with the University ranked first in national employment rankings.

Charles Sturt graduates are employed at the highest rate of any communication graduates in the country, with 79.2 per cent finding work within four months of completing their degree.

Executive Dean of the Charles Sturt Faculty of Arts and Education, Professor John McDonald, said, “The data within the 2020 Good Universities Guide tell a powerful story of the talents of Charles Sturt University graduates and endorse the University’s approach of combining theoretical understanding with practical skills for future communication and media professionals.

“The high rates of graduate employment confirm the University’s approach to teaching emerging practitioners, ensuring they are well-rounded graduates ready to apply the knowledge and skills to their chosen discipline.

“Charles Sturt University has earned this strong reputation among employers for producing capable, communication graduates and we are very proud that this independent evaluation from the Good Universities Guide reflects that once again.”
