A man who has played a critical role in normalising relations between the United States and Vietnam will be honoured by Charles Sturt University during three days of graduation ceremonies in Wagga Wagga.

The inaugural veterinary science program at Charles Sturt University has been expanded with the recent appointment of two Professors, one from New Zealand, and the other an Australian returning from the United States.
