A group of viticulture and wine-making students from CSU has had a learning experience of a lifetime during a recent trip to Europe to study some of best established cool-climate winemaking regions in the world.
CSU Bachelor of Veterinary Science student Ms Kerryn Illes has won a trip to South Africa to work in an animal orphanage as part of the AustralianSuper KickStart competition. The prize package also includes a four day elephant safari to Kruger National Park.
