At 33 years of age, Wollongong's Dave Henderson is having "one of the best times" in his life - at study.

In a boost to research at Charles Sturt University, Head of the Bathurst Campus Dr Peter Hodgson today announced two new initiatives to increase the number of scholarships that will be made available to research students studying at Bathurst.

Professor Blake was born at Muswellbrook in regional New South Wales. He graduated from The University of Sydney with the University Medal in Agriculture and completed a doctorate from The University of London.
