“The University has state-of-the-art services and facilities and is ranked in the top five universities in the country for undergraduate employment.

“We look forward to having the next generation of university students on campus to show what Charles Sturt University has on offer.”

Charles Sturt Executive Director of Future Students Mr Shawn Walker said Explore Day was a commitment to the University’s local communities and beyond to provide students with an opportunity to immerse themselves in hands-on classroom experiences and tours.

“Our events at Charles Sturt University are our way of showcasing the range of engaging and dynamic student experiences and course offerings for prospective students,” he said.

“The program of events we have curated for this series has been tailored to ensure those considering study with us will have the opportunity to explore their areas of interest.”

Current staff and students will host a series of workshops and events to familiarise high school students with their chosen field, including paramedicine, criminal justice, information technology, nursing, agriculture, oral health, education, engineering and psychology.
