Advice for distance students in western NSW

A CSU Outreach team adviser will visit Nyngan, Bourke and Cobar in western NSW in mid March to assist its distance education students to gain the most from their CSU experience.

Emma Gersbach_2A Charles Sturt University (CSU) Outreach team adviser will visit Nyngan, Bourke and Cobar in western NSW in mid March to assist its distance education students to gain the most from their CSU experience.

Mr James Brann, manager of the CSU Outreach team, said, "The University's outreach visits are free for current Charles Sturt University distance education students, and  are designed to help them in their studies. We hold both group and one-to-one sessions with students to provide advice and guidance about online learning, orientation to CSU, effective reading skills, note taking, time management, and assignment writing."

CSU Outreach student liasion officer Ms Emma Gersbach will assist students at Nyngan TAFE on Tuesday 17, Bourke TAFE on Wednesday 18, and Cobar TAFE on Thursday 19 March. To book a place, students are asked to please register here.
