The first student to graduate in Charles Sturt University’s (CSU) new industry-based IT Masters program will receive his postgraduate award at a graduation ceremony at CSU in Wagga Wagga, NSW on Wednesday 14 April.
Solutions Designer for Suncorp in Brisbane, Queensland, Scott Anderson, will be awarded a Master of Networking and System Administration at the graduation ceremony. Community Services Manager, Microsoft Australia Derek Kerr, IT Masters Pty Ltd chief executive Martin Hale and course coordinator Associate Professor Irfan Altas will also attend.
The industry based Masters course will be open to international enrolments from the next intake and has 360 local information technology (IT) professionals currently undertaking the program.
Developed by CSU with Industry Partners, the course is the only postgraduate level qualification where achieving premium IT industry certifications is an integral part of the program.
